box-sizing: border-box;'><section powered-by="xiumi.us" style='margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;box-sizing: border-box;text-align: center;'><section style='display: inline-block;padding: 10px;width: 640px;border-width: 2px;border-style: dashed;border-color: rgb(192, 200, 209);background-color: rgb(239, 239, 239);box-sizing: border-box;'><section powered-by="xiumi.us" style='box-sizing: border-box;'><p style='margin-top: 1em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.33;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);text-indent: 0px;'>关于严厉打击道路运输市场非法营运行为的</span></strong><strong style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);text-indent: 0px;'>通告</span></strong></p><p style='margin-top: 1em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.33;text-align: justify;'>为维护道路运输市场秩序，加强道路运输市场管理，有效防止新冠肺炎疫情通过非法营运车辆进行传播、扩散，切实保障人民群众生命财产安全。根据《赣州市人民政府办公室关于严厉打击道路运输市场非法营运行为的紧急通知》（赣市府办电2号）要求，结合我县实际，现就有关事项通告如下：</p><p style='margin-top: 1em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.33;text-align: justify;'>一、本通告所称非法营运，是指未取得交通运输行政主管部门经营许可，擅自从事巡游或者网络预约出租汽车经营活动、使用营转非客车非法从事道路旅客运输经营活动的行为。</p><p style='margin-top: 1em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.33;text-align: justify;'>二、<span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>严禁未取得道路运输经营许可的车辆从事营运活动</span>。对未取得道路运输经营许可擅自从事道路运输经营的，将按照《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》和《中华人民共和国道路运输条例》等相关法律法规严厉依法查处。</p><p style='margin-top: 1em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.33;text-align: justify;'>三、<span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>严禁通过微信、QQ拼车群或网站发布拼车信息</span>。对已有的拼车群和网站，应立即解散或注销，拒不执行的，将依法从严查处，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</p><p style='margin-top: 1em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.33;text-align: justify;'>四、<span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>严禁单位和个人在县域范围内</span>的汽车站、宾馆、社区、学校、医院及周边以任何形式揽客、拉客等<span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>从事非法营运行为</span>。</p><p style='margin-top: 1em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.33;text-align: justify;'>五、<span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>严禁为非法营运提供便利</span>。对为非法营运传递信息的，帮助毁灭、伪造证据的，窝藏、包庇、转移赃款赃物的，阻碍执法的，将依法追究法律责任，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</p><p style='margin-top: 1em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.33;text-align: justify;'>六、广大市民和社会各界应<span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>认识到乘坐非法营运车辆的危害性</span>，提高自我保护意识，自觉抵制非法营运车辆，确保自身合法权益和生命财产安全不受侵害。鼓励广大市民积极举报、提供非法营运线索及证据，积极配合执法部门打击非法营运车辆，做好新冠肺炎疫情防控和道路运输安全工作，共同维护我县道路运输行业健康、稳定、发展。<span style='text-decoration-line: underline;
