退休老师成“老赖”，法院执行一样不手软！

line-height: 18px;">被送至看守所羁押</span></span></strong></p><p style="text-align: left; text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="text-align: left; text-indent: 2em;">支付令生效后，张某仍未主动履行义务，唐某遂于2014年2月14日向寻乌法院申请强制执行。案件进入执行程序后，执行人员曾对张某采取了扣划工资、扣划住房公积金等强制执行措施，但张某始终消极履行义务，自2014年年底退休后长期躲在其儿子在上海的家中规避执行。尤其是在2017年2月全家获得征地补偿款的情况下，张某竟拒绝用自己份额内的征地补偿款偿还债务。3月7日上午，经执行人员耐心细致释法说理，张某仍无动于衷，执行人员遂对其作出司法拘留15日的决定。</p></section></section><section style="margin-top: -20px;
