山沟里的“孩子王”——记省“最美乡村教师”李苍龙

height: 20px; border-right: 1px solid rgb(172, 29, 16); border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(172, 29, 16); margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; transform: rotate(45deg);"><br></section></section></section><p style="line-height: 2em;"> 近日，记者从寻乌县城出发，经历一个多小时的颠簸车程，来到相距60多公里的岑峰中小学。学校坐落在深山之中，校园里绿树成荫，一片生机，传来的朗朗读书声给这个幽静山村奏响悦耳的“乡村乐曲”。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> 校园里出现一个急匆匆的身影，个子不太高，穿着朴素，满脸笑容，他就是李苍龙。听到记者的采访意图，他喃喃地说：“都是做的本分工作，不足挂齿，不足挂齿……”</p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> 李苍龙出生于1965年，1999年加入中国共产党。李苍龙高中毕业后回到家乡，成为一名代课教师，当上“孩子王”， 也就是从那一天起，他立志把毕生精力献给教育事业，把教书育人当成崇高追求。</p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> 当地有一句谚语“岑峰青竹楼，有天无日头”，意思是这里山高林深，太阳都被茂密的森林所遮蔽。在上世纪八九十年代，全国普现打工潮、下海热，虽然这里地处边远山村，交通闭塞，但许多年轻人都涌入沿海城市发展。</p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> “1992年暑假，我到广东深圳去打了两个月的工，虽然外面赚钱容易，机会也多，但心里空落落的，依然放不下几十个娃娃，后来还是决定回来。”李苍龙告诉记者。</p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> 就这样，他不顾家人的极力反对，仍是坚守着代课教师岗位。苍天不负有心人，经过努力，在上世纪九十年代中期，他通过代课教师转编考试成为正式的人民教师。</p></section></section><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="89253" style=" border-width: 0px; height: 20px; border-right: 1px solid rgb(172, 29, 16); border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(172, 29, 16); margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; transform: rotate(45deg);"><br></section></section></section><p style="line-height: 2em;"> “在关键时刻，他曾两度主持学校工作，是一名‘救火’队长。” 校长钟洪志介绍说。</p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> 第一次主持学校工作是2000年。当初，岑峰乡撤并至丹溪乡管辖，岑峰中学、岑峰小学合并为岑峰中小学，那个时期，学校工作纷繁复杂，债务沉重，时任副校长的李苍龙二话没说，埋头苦干，一边积极解决学校的债务纠纷，一边正常开展好学校各项教学工作，带领全校师生，群策群力，团结协作，取得了较好成绩。</p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> 第二次主持工作是在2011至2014年。2011年，因当时原校长个人原因，突然辞去校长职务。县教育局要求他接下岑峰中小学的担子。当时学校老师变动很大，教学成绩也差。他毅然接下工作重担。他带领全校教职员工，一心一意抓教学质量。三年中，有两个年度的中考成绩在全县同类学校中排名第二，还有一个年度的中考成绩在全县同类学校中排名第四。经过他的努力，赢得了当地老百姓好评，遏制住了优质生外流。 </p></section></section><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="89174" style=" border-width: 0px; height: 20px; border-right: 1px solid rgb(172, 29, 16); border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(172, 29, 16); margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; transform: rotate(45deg);"><br></section></section></section><p style="line-height: 2em;"> “李苍龙老师还有个称号，叫‘赤字校长’。因为他把微薄的工资大都用来帮扶学生。”学校老师赖邦杰给记者“爆料”。</p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> 原来，岑峰是一个山多地少的边远贫困地区，上世纪八九十年代，一般家庭比较贫穷，每当开学的时候，村里的家长都为学费而发愁，甚至有不少学生辍学，外出打工贴补家用。为了孩子们能按时入学，不让每一个孩子辍学，李苍龙用自己的工资做担保，甚至自己掏钱为困难学生缴费。</p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> “那时几乎每个学期都有三四十个家长找到他作担保，基本上他一年的工资都要因担保而垫付出去。”知情的老师告诉记者。当时村里大都数家长都找过李苍龙担保，每当月末或期末结算的时候，他的工资总是出现“赤字”。</p></section></section></section><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="89173" style=" border-width: 0px; height: 20px; border-right: 1px solid rgb(172, 29, 16); border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(172, 29, 16); margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; transform: rotate(45deg);"><br></section></section></section><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-align: left;"> <span style="text-indent: 2em;">“李苍龙老师还有一个外号，无论是学生还是老师，都喜欢称他为‘家长’。”赖邦杰继续给记者“爆料”。</span></p><p> 一名赖姓学生因父亲病逝，小小年纪的孩子面对这样沉重的打击，几乎一度丧失生活的信心。在一次改作文时，李苍龙了解到他的情况后，经常找这个学生谈心，又不敢直戳孩子痛处，只是慢慢地从侧面引导他，鼓励他，让他重新找回了生活的信心。在李苍龙的关心、影响下，这名学生最终考上了大学，并取得硕士学位，目前是国内一所大学的教授，每次回到老家，都要看望这位“家长”。每年春节，李苍龙教过的学生回到家里都会第一时间看望他，甚至除夕夜，学生都在李苍龙的家里度过。</p><p> “他也非常关心我们这些外地教师。”今年刚调入学校当老师的刘丽红深有感触。岑峰中小学条件艰苦，初来岑峰，外地老师感觉很无聊、寂寞，为了能使他们安心工作，他不但跟这些外地老师谈人生，谈理想，谈现实，而且在生活上给予了家庭般的照顾。</p><p> 学校既是李苍龙教书育人的地方，也是他的“家”。当初为了建学校，李苍龙与其他老师一起动手，挑沙石、砌砖、盖瓦、粉刷，在他的带动下，一座教学楼拔地而起，这里的一砖一瓦、一草一木都倾注了他的心血和汗水。</p></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%;
