line-height: 2em;">在某些客家地区,端午节被称作“五月节”,在客家五月节中,必备的菜式就是酿苦瓜。吃酿苦瓜预示着夏天即将到来,但为什么五月节吃苦瓜而不吃粽子,许多客家人都说不出个所以然来。制作酿苦瓜的食材简单,方法也不复杂,主要就有苦瓜、猪肉、香菇和鱿鱼等。如果不能接受苦瓜的苦味,还可以在加入一些荸荠以改善口感。将苦瓜横切成圆形,并将中间挖空,用由猪肉、香菇等材料剁成的馅料填满,酿苦瓜的雏形就做好了。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
