line-height: 1.4; font-weight: inherit; text-decoration: inherit;">2014年12月初，被执行人温某邀请申请执行人曾某在广东省梅州市合伙开办一建材商行，后因温某一直未开业，曾某于2015年3月10日向温某提出退伙，并要求温某归还54600元的出资款。温某因一时拿不出现金，遂出具了一张借条给曾某执存，并约定了利息及还款日期。然到期后温某却未还清欠款，虽经曾某多次催取，温某就是拖着不还，曾某遂将温某诉至寻乌县人民法院。判决生效后，温某仍不主动履行，曾某就于2015年9月16日向寻乌法院申请强制执行。然而为了规避执行，温某在履行了17000元后就“消失”了，案件一时陷入僵局。</span><br></p><p style="color: rgb(32, 32, 32); font-size: 16px; line-height: 22.4px; text-indent: 2em;">2017年4月17日中午，执行人员得到温某在广东省梅州市的确切线索，当即决定驱车前往广东省梅州市找寻温某。功夫不负有心人，多次查找后执行人员成功将温某拘传，并连夜将其带回寻乌。到案后，温某依旧“冥顽不灵”，执行人员于当晚对其作出了司法拘留十五日的决定。面对执行攻势，温某<span style="text-indent: 2em; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.4; font-weight: inherit; text-decoration: inherit;"> 终于“犯怵”，请求执行人员通知其家属代为履行。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(32, 32, 32); font-size: 16px; line-height: 22.4px;
