line-height: 2em;">杨永飞指出，随着经济社会的发展，农村面貌变化巨大，一大批农民住进了新房。但由于规划失控、管理松散等原因，导致农村超高超大建房现象普遍，有新房无新貌等问题突出。此次开展农村超高超大建房专项整治，就是严格执行乡村规划的需要，也是改善农村面貌、推进“整洁美丽，和谐宜居”新农村建设的需要，更是全面构建农村规划管理长效机制的需要。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">就做好全县农村超高超大建房整治，杨永飞强调，认识上要到位，坚决落实上级要求，坚决执行法律法规，扎实推进整治工作；政策上要把握，认真学习、掌握政策，明确目标任务，把握时间节点和基本政策；态度上要坚决，旗帜鲜明，不犹豫，不观望，不留死角，不出现新的增量；行动上要迅速，立即传达部署，立即调查摸清；方法上要稳妥，加强工作宣传，营造良好氛围，在摸清底数的基础上进行分类处置，突出重点推进工作；力量上要保障，真正重视，强化督查，严明纪律，强化监管，并实行考核验收。要以此次会议为契机，在农村超高超大建房整治方面采取实实在在的举措，取得实实在在的成效，让老百姓看见实实在在的变化，使全县城乡环境和精神文明、生态文明、乡风文明建设取得大发展、大进步。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
