color: rgb(255, 255, 255); display: block; float: left; line-height: 20px; margin-right: 8px; max-width: 100%; padding: 4px 10px; background-color: rgb(239, 112, 96);">3</span><strong class="135brush" data-brushtype="text"><span style="font-size: 14px;">探索生态司法保护机制，开展补植复绿工作</span></strong></p></section><section data-role="paragraph" class="_135editor" style="border: 0px none;box-sizing: border-box;"><p> 2017年1月，张某某在未取得采矿许可证的情况下，雇请民工擅自在寻乌县文峰乡上甲村柯树塘大斜里一集体山林里采用原地浸矿的方式非法开采稀土，造成矿产资源破坏价值为人民币二十七万余元。该院受理后，在依法履行批捕起诉职能的同时，还安排干警与林业部门工作人员一道前往案发现场调查核实植被、山林被损害的情况，在林业司法鉴定作出重新造林费用后，该院依法向法院提起刑事附带民事诉讼，经法院审理判处张某某有期徒刑、并处罚金的同时，让张某某支付生态修复费的诉讼请求也得到了法院支持，目前，张某某已支付了生态修复费用，该款已用于生态修复工作中。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p></section><section class="assistant suffix"><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="16401" style="border: 0px none;box-sizing: border-box;"><section style="text-align:center;"><section style="display:inline-block;"></section></section></section></section></section><p></p>
