color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><b style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;">一、参保缴费：</b><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"> 2017年参保缴费标准为：150元/人，缴费方式采取银行代扣代缴为主，现金缴交为辅的方式，即用户主或家庭成员的社会保障卡先到银行缴活、存足家庭人口的参保资金；同时签订城乡居民医保代扣代缴协议书。代扣代缴不成功的，可用现金缴交方式参保。2017年3月31日后除另有规定的人员外，不再办理年度内的参保手续。</span><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><b style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;">二、个人账户</b><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"> 2017年开始不再执行门诊统筹政策，实行城乡居民个人账户；城乡居民个人账户2017年按个人缴费标准60%的比例（即90元/人）划入。个人账户主要用于城乡居民在定点医疗机构普通门诊医疗费用支付。个人账户余额不得提取现金，可结转、可继承（历年新农合结余的家庭账户余额结转至户主个人账户）。</span><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><b style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;">三、2016年参合农民医疗费用的报销：</b><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"> 2016年度参加新农合的参合农民在2016年度县外住院治疗及门诊慢性病的医疗费用应在2017年3月底前到县医保局办理完补偿报账手续。</span><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><b style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;">四、报销所需材料：</b><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"> 1.有效发票，</span><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"> 2.出院记录（出院小结），</span><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"> 3.疾病证明书，</span><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); text-align: start;"><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;"><b style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); line-height: 21px; text-align: start;">五、2017年参保农民在过渡期内（市医保系统上线前），使用个人账户及住院就医时继续使用新农合系统，就医报账按原有方式执行；市医保系统上线及医保卡发放到位后实行刷卡即时结算。</b><br style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);
