[乡风文明行动]做到“五个坚持”力促乡风文明行动见实效

background-repeat: initial;">做到有人管事、有章理事、有钱办事。一是组织保障。县、乡（镇）成立了“乡风文明行动”领导小组，并建立了专门的办公室。二是制度保障。县委常委会专门对“乡风文明行动”工作进行了研究，出台了“1+3”文件，对违反殡改规定、宣扬封建迷信、参与赌博和红白喜庆大操大办，不履行村规民约和红白理事会章程的干部群众，不能参加县、乡（镇）、村各类先进推荐评比，同时不得享受村里的各项优惠待遇。同时，还印发了《寻乌县人民政府关于禁止私建墓地乱埋乱葬的通告》和《关于开展2017年度“星级文明家庭”创评工作方案》、《关于开展2017年度“最美寻乌”系列评选的实施方案》等系列配套文件。三是经费保障。县财政按人均2元的标准、乡（镇）财政按人均1元的标准，对红白理事会给予资金扶持。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p></section><section class="_135editor" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="85991" style="border-width: 0px;
